4 Steps for weight loss.
Current mood: Skeptical
1. When you are hungry, EAT. Don’t wait till you are starving, or you will gorge. Then you can end up eating may more than you actually need.
2. Eat CONSCIOUSLY and enjoy every mouthful. Between each bite, put down your utensils. Chew at least 25 times for every bite. If you slow your eating, you will feel full when you actually are full… not after you have stuffed yourself & your stomach catches up.
3. Eat what you want, not what you think you should. If you don’t eat what you crave, you may end up trying to compensate with binge eating later that day.
4. When you think you are full, STOP eating. As soon as you begin to feel full, put down your utensils and remove the remaining food from your sight. If you are unable to do so, sprinkle your food with something distasteful like sugar or hot sauce to prevent you from eating more. It seems to make sense, lets have a trial run shall we??
